Business situation

Dorner needed to implement our Epicor Vantage system on a timely basis. The IT staff, though experienced, was not fully up to speed with the Epicor development tools or the inner workings of the Epicor system. We needed a partner to help us with the difficult customizations, provide guidance on some of the inner workings and real-world applications of the system and be a development resource to augment our IT staff; all with a short development and implementation window.

Solution
