Dot Net provides training to companies new to EPICOR Manufacturing and to those who have been using EPICOR or the Vista/Vantage products for some time. Dot Net It can provide one on one remote training, from a hours conference through to a days class room training for groups. These can be formal training classes or applied workshops where questions and answers can be more effective. New Users will have not used the software yet, so will require more of an overview whilst existing users may have come up against a range of issues or needed additional functionality. There are services gaps that everyone complains about regarding EPICOR and some of its partners. We like to think that we do not have these issues which include;

The industry will often only support the software and not give advice or training regarding questions, even if it is a 5 minute discussion. Consultants will often only give advice if it is being paid for and that is a minimum of a day on site, We offer our customers to buy time on account which will allow consultants to answer these question allowing the time credit to taken in small segments
Many consultants specialise in specific areas of Vantage/EPICOR 9.0 and therefore a financial consultant will know very little about manufacturing parts of manufacturing and vice versa
EPICOR 9.0 is a combination of 9 different Epicor manufacturing products. EPICOR 9.0 is based on Vantage 8.03. Many of consultancy companies have only just started to use the Vantage/Epicor 9 framework as they have historically supported and sold one of the other eight products.
Development being offered by other businesses remotely may not give the consultancy required to ensure the correct solution is being delivered.
We support EPICOR VAR’s, independent consultants, end users and work with EPICOR directly.
Being a referral reseller can allow us to give a more independent view of not just EPICOR, but other ERP software solutions available
